How your print is prepared

Every limited edition print in the store is produced individually and hand-signed by me before it ships. This means your print is not sitting in a warehouse waiting — it is made for you, signed and numbered, and carefully packaged before it leaves.

As a limited edition fine art print, each piece is produced individually and signed by me before it leaves. Allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

Packaging

Your print ships flat in a rigid archival mailer — no rolling, no folding. Inside the mailer, the print is protected by acid-free backing boards on both sides, keeping it perfectly flat through every point of transit. The print arrives in the same condition it left.

Domestic shipping

Flat rate: $18

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance to the full declared value of the print. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

International orders are quoted on request. If you are outside the United States and would like to order a print, please contact me directly at 9thelement@artby9thelement.com with your location and the print you are interested in. I will provide an accurate shipping quote before any payment is taken.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, including your expected ship date. If you have any questions about your order at any point, reply directly to that email or reach out at 9thelement@artby9thelement.com.

Damages and lost packages

Every shipment is insured to the full value of the print. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date with a photograph of the damage or a note of the tracking status. I will work with you to resolve the situation — either a replacement from the same edition or a full refund.

Please note: because each print is a limited edition signed original, a replacement will carry the next available print number in the edition.

A note on the timeline

Fine art printing takes time done properly. Your print is produced at a professional archival lab, shipped to me, signed and numbered by hand, packaged with care, and then sent to you. The 7–10 business day window reflects that process — not a delay, but a standard.
